New Albany’s schools are located on a central Learning Campus in the heart of the village. The school district serves 26 square miles. New Albany is considered one of the newest neighborhoods in central Ohio but was founded in 1837. For nearly 150 years it was primarily a rural village before becoming one of the area’s most desirable districts. It is also one of the wealthiest, with a per capita income that ranks 12th out of 1,065 places communities in the state of Ohio. New Albany is in the top 10% of school districts in Ohio. The community was recognized in 2015 as America’s Best Suburb by Business Insider.

  1. Hayley Gallery. The museum was established in 2007 and features over 65 local and rising artists. The gallery showcases paintings, mixed media, sculpture, wood, glass, ceramic and much more.
  2. Captivating Worlds. An escape room considered by many to be the best in central Ohio. You are sure to enjoy this escape!
  3. The Jeanne B. McCoy Center. A beautiful theatre with a capacity of around 900. The venue is intimate, and not a bad seat in the house. The acoustics are amazing with wonderful productions.
  4. Reef Systems Coral Farm. In the middle of a field on a back road in New Albany sits a magnificent gem. A saltwater aquarium for hobbyists. Reef Systems has a large greenhouse with several grow-out tanks for aqua culturing corals.
